Suggested Use
Mix 15g (= 3 scoops) powder with ≥200ml of water or a beverage of your choice. Always consume 30-60 minutes before a short training session (<10 minutes) in which tendons, ligaments, bones and/or cartilage are specifically trained or "targeted". Where possible, this short training session should be performed either 6 hours before or after any other training. Use 1-3 servings daily, depending on the number of training sessions.
