Urška Žigart, professional cyclist at AG Insurance–Soudal, is a driven athlete who knows exactly what it takes to perform at the highest level. She started cycling at the age of sixteen and quickly made the transition to the elite category. It was a steep learning curve. Since then, she became a strong representative of the growth and professionalization of women's cycling. Her motivation is simple: she loves cycling and constantly challenges herself to become faster, stronger, and better. That mentality fits seamlessly with the philosophy of 6d. Together, we share one goal: to deliver top performances and win major races.
Urška has already achieved many impressive results. Now she is setting her sights on classics and stages in major tours. An overview of her achievements:

Even before her move to AG Insurance–Soudal in 2025, Urška was already using 6d. She consideres sports nutrition an essential element for achieving optimal performance. Urška takes 6d Hydro ORS almost daily to replenish electrolytes. In terms of taste, Ultra Chew Strawberry is her favorite. She considers 6d to be one of the most complete brands on the market, but she hopes that a Chai Latte flavor will be added to the range. Who knows!
Usually, Urška leaves about an hour and a half after breakfast for a training ride lasting between one and a half and six hours, depending on the part of the cycling season. She adjusts her nutritional intake to the length and intensity of the session: for endurance rides, she consumes about 45–60 grams of carbohydrates per hour, for fatmax sessions 60–75 grams, and for more intense threshold or VO₂max training sessions 75–90 grams. To achieve these goals, she likes to combine different 6d products.
