This bundle contains 1 box of Hydro ORS for optimal hydration, 1 box of Sports Gel for immediate energy, and 1 box of Sports Chew for fueling with a bite (Salted Lime is the recommended flavor due to the extra sodium). Each bundle includes a free 6d Sports Towel and an Elite Fly bottle.
- 500ml HYDRO 1 hour before your session
- 1 Sports Chew/Gel 15 minutes before (optional, for intense sessions)
