This promotion (“Giveaway”) is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. The Giveaway is open to residents of countries where participation is legally permitted. Employees of 6d Sports Nutrition, its subsidiaries, agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The decisions of 6d Sports Nutrition regarding the administration and outcome of the Giveaway are final and binding.
Entries will be accepted from May 26, 2026 (00:00 CET) until June 28, 2026 (23:59 CET). All purchases and entries must be registered or received before this deadline to qualify for the prize draw. 6d Sports Nutrition is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries due to technical issues.
Purchase the 6d Marathon Bundle through the official webshop or authorized retailers. For in-store purchases, the receipt is required as proof of purchase. To complete participation, the entry form including the competition and tie-breaker question must be completed during the promotion period. Incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these terms may be disqualified at the sole discretion of 6d Sports Nutrition.
The winner will receive a TUI Sports Marathon trip to Chicago including entry to the Chicago Marathon. Terms and conditions determined by TUI Sports apply. More information: https://www.tui.be/nl/sportvakanties/marathonreizen/chicago-marathon . The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, returned, or refunded. Any taxes or additional costs associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name and photo for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
The chances of winning depend on the answer to the competition and tie-breaker question. In the event of a tie, a winner will be selected at random.
The winner will be randomly selected on July 1, 2026 under the supervision of 6d Sports Nutrition. The winner will be notified via email. 6d Sports Nutrition is not responsible if the notification is not received due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or technical issues. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected.
By participating, you release 6d Sports Nutrition, its employees, and partners from any liability for injuries, losses, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
Information provided during participation will be used in accordance with the 6d Sports Nutrition privacy policy. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the privacy policy.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved individually before the competent court at the registered office of 6d Sports Nutrition.
