This protein pudding is a delicious “pre-bed” protein snack to help repair/build muscle overnight! Eat 1-2 servings 30 min before going to bed.
Peel and slice the banana. Keep a few banana slices on the side as topping.
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture equally into 2 bowls and put the banana slices on top.
Cover the bowls with aluminum foil and let the mixture set for 30 minutes in the fridge.
